Accounts Receivable Team Leader - Nors - Porto

We are hiring an Accounts Receivable Team Leader to join the Shared Services team in Porto.
Responsibilities: Assure service quality and KPIs of the accounts receivable team under their responsibility.
Supervise team performance levels and promote employee training.
Document and review processes with team members; evaluate current processes for efficiencies, including evaluating our current environment/tools for best practices.
Actively monitor outstanding balances for customers and direct follow-up efforts to collect on outstanding balances in a timely manner.
Perform backup duties and operational issue resolution, as needed.
Profile: Degree in Economics or Management.
Minimum of 3+ years of Accounts Receivable and Collections experience.
Previous experience managing and/or supervising a team is mandatory.
Strong commitment, motivation, and high enthusiasm.
Advanced knowledge in SAP and MS Office tools (mainly MS Outlook and Excel).
Excellent English skills in speaking and writing.
Team player with a good sense for different company/country cultures.
