Accounts Receivable Specialist

Innovative and cost-effective lightweight products ensure optimized protection for people in case of an accident.As a supplier to the automotive industry, KIRCHHOFF Automotive develops and manufactures complex metal and hybrid structures for body-in-white and chassis, which are lightweight, economical, and crash-resistant. This is because the vehicles of the future – from electric to autonomous – also require body structures capable of providing maximum possible safety for everyone involved in an accident in an emergency.ResponsibilitiesMonitoring customer accounts for overdue payments and following up on outstanding invoices.Ensuring timely and accurate billing.Processing payments and reconciling accounts.Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or payment issues.Collaborating with internal teams to improve the collection process.RequirementsExperience in accounts receivable or related field.
