About the role Our Accounts Receivable team, composed of 3 people, is integrated in the Finance department and focuses on Credit Management in collaboration with different stakeholders. As an Accounts Receivable Representative, you will work on cash allocation, customer issues, and documentation to support Credit Management activities. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the team's objectives and have a positive impact on integration, sharing knowledge, and creating a good environment and service. You will be accountable for:
Producing full Accounts Receivable services under the scope, from cash allocation to management of doubtful customers, on a timely basis, according to defined procedures, respecting quality and compliance; Answering requests from customers or internal stakeholders; Detecting, documenting and following customer issues preventing cash allocation on time; Coordinating resolution through direct contact with Credit Management, Sales and Customer Service teams, making proposals to address root causes; Managing unmatched payments, and residual amounts to ensure customer account reconciliation; Participating in process improvement projects and initiatives. We offer a 9 months fixed-term (renewable) contract based on hybrid working mode. About you Relevant education degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics or Finance. Relevant work experience in Credit or Collections would be a plus. Fluency in English (other languages are a plus). High communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Computer Skill: Google applications (Google sheets), Microsoft Excel, SAP are a plus. Behaviors:

About the pay and benefits Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Portugal base pay reasonably expected for this role is 1400EUR to 1500EUR (Monthly Gross values), your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
