Accounts Receivable (M/F/D)

Your new companyA leading company in the retail sector is looking for an Accounts Receivable (m/f/d) to a maternity leave replacement scheduled for 10 months.Your new roleBilling, collection posting and reporting activities related with receivables;Prepare AR month, quarterly and year-end closing;Prepare internal reports and support in the preparation of annual property income budget;Clarifying and reconcile differences on the postings;Participate in activities related to the setup of the new sustem;Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately;Answer incoming questions and assist managers and other finance colleagues to ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete;Assist year end external audit regarding all matters related with receivables;Contribute to finding improvement opportunities and support their effective implementation.What you'll need to succeedDegree in Accounting, Business Administration or similar;2 plus years of relevant work experience in the accounting/finance area;Experience with Navision software (plus);Good knowledge of English;Outstanding analytical and communication skills;Attention to detail, customer orientation and ability to work under tight deadlines;Proactive and positive attitude.What you'll get in returnThe opportunity to develop your professional skills in a referece company. »Alvará 354What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, send us your updated CV.#LI-DNI#1032215 - Filipa Marinho#J-18808-Ljbffr
