Your New Role Process and apply incoming payments accurately to customer accounts and their transfer to general accounting; Check outstanding amounts and customer solvency, block and unblock orders; Reconcile payments received with outstanding invoices. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner; Bank reconciliation and bank administration; Interact with customers to address billing enquiries and resolve outstanding issues; Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour; Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction; Implement effective collection strategies to minimise outstanding receivables; Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status; Analyse data to identify trends and recommend process improvements; Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities. What you need to be successful Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred; Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or finance; Proficiency in German and English; additional European languages are a plus; Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; Strong organisational and time management skills.
