This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate collections of Accounts Receivable, preparing weekly statements and liaising with customers in relation to issue resolution; analyze data quality and follow up information with internal and external parties.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Deliver on agreed KPIs and other targets for the Accounts Receivable Team.
Weekly analysis and reconciliation of receivables prior to sending statements and ad hoc reports.
Responsible to lead weekly meetings with internal and external customers.
Follow-up calls related to past due balances.
Ensuring data quality of AR ledger is accurate (SAGA-FAPS-U4F data analysis).
Follow up and investigation of data quality with internal and external parties.
Support with Customer Integration processes and vin level analysis.
Support and execute Cash application journal entries as necessary for account accuracy.
Processing and tracking of refunds.
Reconciliation and cleaning of past due balances over 16 days.
Review follow up and resolution of aged balances >180 days.
Prepare provisions for loss and Bad Debt as necessary.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of previous experience working in Accounts Receivable, Documentation or Data Analysis.
Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to communicate findings.
Organized and multi-task oriented.
Assertive, can "push" for action when needed.
Detailed oriented with high level of concentration and process compliance.
Collaborative, problem-solving attitude towards all stakeholders (internal and external).
Ability to analyze big data sets.
