For more information, please visit Company language: English The Role Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry Match invoices with Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts Monitor the process of invoice approval to ensure that invoices are settled Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements Be in daily contact with the departments to ensure POs and payment requests are consistent with policy and procedures to ensure accuracy Oversee high-quality delivery of Accounts Payable and Business Travel Expenses Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation Identify and indicate deviations Manage operational, day-to-day relationships with suppliers Assist senior financial officers as needed Preparation of financial analysis and reports on accounting sub-ledgers for accounts payable Perform short-term cash flow forecasts Your Profile Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ Business General understanding of basic accounting and finance procedures and concepts 1 year of experience in an AP focused position or Finance/Accounting positions Previous experience with multiple VAT jurisdictions is a plus International experience will be a plus Proficiency in spoken and written English Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable person Team spirit Ability to work under pressure Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing We Offer Integration in a highly motivated team Working in an international environment Does this sound like you?
