We invented the cyber ratings industry in 2011 Over 3000 customers trust Bitsight Over 750 teammates are dispersed throughout Boston, Raleigh, New York, Lisbon, Singapore, and remote Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for all accounting work necessary to ensure accounts payable are processed in a timely manner Responsible for accurate coding and voucher entry of vendor invoices into the accounting system Review all invoices for appropriate documentation & approvals prior to payment Review and process credit card bills Review and process expense reports and receipts according to company policy Maintain Accounts Payable electronic files and storage Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues Perform month-end balance sheet reconciliations Assist in month-end closing and accrual process Assist in annual external audits Perform analytical and ad hoc reporting as required Work with internal and external customers regarding account inquiries Ensure compliance with internal controls in accordance with policy Look for areas of process improvement to ensure efficient and effective processing of AP transactions Assist with other projects as needed Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred 1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience Demonstrated ability to consistently work within fixed timeframes and meet deadlines Experience with a General Ledger Accounting System, the NetSuite One World accounting platform is preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Maintain the highest standards of accuracy and precision; detail-oriented, highlyorganized and resourceful Exceptional work ethic, team mentality, positive attitude, highly driven, self-motivated, and excellent business partnering skills Genuine desire to make meaningful contributions on a team with big aspirations Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required Demonstrated experience serving internal and external customers Solid knowledge of accounting fundamentals Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills Proven ability to be hard-working, inquisitive, and a problem solver Excellent customer service skills and problem-resolution skills Ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Diversity
