About the role Our Accounts Payable Payments EMEA team, composed of 9 people, is integrated in the Procurement Service Line department and focuses on delivering accounts payable operations in collaboration with other Accounts Payable teams, as well as other departments, such as Treasury.As an Accounts Payable Operations Representative, you will perform transactional operations on a day-to-day basis, according to operational procedures, respecting service, quality and customer satisfaction targets to support the whole Procurement department. You will contribute to the success of our Global Business Services and have a positive impact on the whole Solvay Group.You will be accountable for:
Processing payment runs and reconciling intermediary accountsSupporting the team to control and monitor payment dataAnalyzing payment issues and proposing actions to avoid themPerforming controls following corporate procedures and compliance rulesFollowing appropriate supporting documentationAbout you Relevant education degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Management, or EconomicsRelevant work experience in the field is a plusFluency in EnglishKnowledge of Google Tools and ExcelGood analytical and problem-solving skillsBehaviors:
