Descrição Support a smooth migration processMonitor internal control procedures to ensure accountabilityPromote and participate in process improvements for the Accounts Payable performanceEnsure global policies and processes in the SSC are being accomplishedInvoice matching and posting of direct and indirect spendingsVendor HelpdeskSupplier paymentsSupplier disputes (block/unblock) invoicesManage period endComplete period end closing activities for accounts payableFollow Internal Control systemsDevelop process documentationsWork with internal stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes that will drive efficiency and effectivenessEnsure compliance with all relevant internal policies and external regulationsCreate and maintain updated work instructions and SOP´s available for all organizationSupport internal and external audits as required Perfil ideal Bachelor in Accounting/Finance or related At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable Experience in a shared services environment is a plusFluent in English (written and spoken mandatory) Very good knowledge of MS Excel, MS OfficeAvailability to travel Vantagens Permanent contract5 extra days of HolidaysFood Allowance (9.60€/per day)Health InsuranceTraining & Team Buildings
