Introduction : As an Accounts Payable Associate your primary responsibility will be within the financial operations of the business. Working together with the all Finance Team and different stakeholders to achieve the departmentandteamgoals,ensuringefficientprocesses, timelyandaccurate information.What you'll be doing :Manage the receiving, reviewing, processing and archiving of vendor invoicesOverseeing and managing vendor accounts for timely payments and compliance with internal controls, company policy and accepted accounting practicesPreparation and processing of payment proposals, ensuring due dates are up to date and analysis is correctly done to avoid errorsReconciling Vendor accounts to ensure accurate financial recordsManaging AP inbox or other AP tools to ensure inquiries are answered and processed expeditiouslyActing as a liaison between internal business users and vendors to successfully facilitate correct and timely payments and independently resolve invoice issues and disputesReviewing and processing expense reports in Concur or any other expense report tool.Assisting with month-end closingAdditional AP and expense processing duties as necessaryWhat you need to have :University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or any related field1 or 2 years of experience successfully owning the end-to-end completion of full cycle accounts payable and expense reports
