Our network of facilities provides us with one of the broadest geographic footprints of any clinical laboratory and medical diagnostic services provider in Europe.Requirements:Accounting degree with solid experience of at least 3 years in the field of AP accountingVery good knowledge of accounting ERP systems and other IT tools, including Microsoft OfficeProficiency in Excel is a prerequisiteFluent in EnglishCommunication skills, rigor, and excellent sense of contact and teamworkComfortable managing priorities and stressMain Duties and Responsibilities:Assisting in Monthly End Close:Support the month-end close process for accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactionsPerform payments and reconciliations to maintain accurate financial recordsDay-to-Day Accounting Duties in Accounts Payable (AP):Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to paymentCode and enter financial accounting entries related to payables in the ERP systemMonitor supplier accounts to ensure payments are up-to-date and resolve any discrepanciesAccruals and Documentation:Determine the accruals required for services received but not yet paid, ensuring accurate financial reportingMaintain thorough and accurate files and documentation, adhering to company policies and accounting standardsCommunication and Collaboration:Communicate effectively with vendors, business partners, and other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operationsAssist with month-end close activities, providing necessary information and support to the accounting team#J-18808-Ljbffr
