Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.The opportunityEY is strengthening its Financial Department with the integration of an Accounting Technician, for the Lisbon office.Your key responsibilitiesReconciliation of accounts with internal accounting data and preparation of reportsValidate, organize and classify financial informationCarry out the analysis and reconciliation of the various accounting itemsEnsure the preparation of the necessary documentation to comply with declarative and tax obligationsPrepare accounting entries for the closing of the month and year, as well as the necessary documentation for carrying out tax declarations and annual accountsEnsure the preparation of the necessary documentation to fulfil obligationsProduce the open balance sheet report for correspondence between companiesEnsure compliance with accounting and internal procedures in alignment with company policiesPerform other administrative tasks associated with the roleSkills and attributes for successSense of responsibility, organization and work methodAnalytical rigorAbility to manage priorities and focus on meeting deadlinesFunctional autonomy, dynamism and proactivityTeam spiritTo qualify for the role, you must haveAcademic training in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management or similar financial areaMinimum professional experience of 1 to 2 years in similar functions, ideally in a multinational environmentMastery of Microsoft Office tools, especially ExcelKnowledge of spoken and written EnglishIdeally, you'll also haveKnowledge of SAPWhat we look forHighly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
