Due to the company's continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, Norfin intends to select: Accounting Technician.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Preparing and registering fund operations in Fund Manager and in Primavera software;
Preparing reports to CMVM regarding the real estate funds;
Preparing fiscal declarations for the several type of companies (regulated and non regulated);
Preparing and registering operations for the SPV's under management (non-regulated companies);
Providing information for the preparation of financial models and business plans;
Registering stamp tax on lease agreements;
Preparing maps of outstanding rents;
Registering invoices, receipts and payments to suppliers;
Preparing and reviewing tax returns;
Preparing information for auditors.
Role Requirements
Education degree in Accounting (preferred), Economics, Management or Finance;
2 years' experience;
Experience in Primavera software will be a Plus;
Experience in operations of funds/companies (preferred);
Experience in Balance Sheet and income statement of entities (preferred);
Qualified Chartered Accountant (preferred);
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiastic, willingness to work as part of a team;
Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial and result driven culture;
Strong analytical skills;
Team Management;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
Written and oral skills in English.
