We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisorto join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire business registration process, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements while working closely with government entities. Your expertise will help streamline company formation, enabling our clients to establish their businesses smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:Prepare, review, and submit company registration documents, including articles of association and licenses.Manage the entire application process from document preparation to final approval, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Serve as the primary contact for business registration with government entities and legal authorities.Follow up on registration applications to ensure timely processing and address any issues that arise.Advise clients and internal teams on compliance requirements, legal structures, and best practices for business formation.Stay updated on the latest changes in business registration laws and regulations.Assist in obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and tax registrations.Maintain organized records of all registration documents and filing deadlines, ensuring proper storage and accessibility for future reference. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in company registration or legal management.Can work full time, 6 days onsite at BGC, Taguig.Strong understanding of the enterprise formation process and regulatory requirements.Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.Outstanding communication and coordination abilities.Familiarity with legal documents and compliance standards.
