Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented registration expert to oversee the entire business registration process. The ideal candidate will work with government entities to handle the preparation, submission, and follow-up of all required documents, ensuring full compliance with legal requirements. This role includes coordinating with various regulatory agencies and providing guidance on company formation to ensure smooth and timely registration.
Main responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and submit company registration documents (such as articles of association and licenses).
Manage the entire application process, from document preparation to final approval.
Make sure all paperwork complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
Act as a contact point for business registration with government entities and legal authorities.
Follow up on registration applications to ensure timely processing and resolution of any issues.
Advise clients or internal teams on compliance requirements, legal structures and business formation best practices.
Understand the latest changes in business registration laws and regulations.
Assist in obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and tax registrations.
Keep an organized record of all registration documents and filing deadlines.
Ensure the proper storage and accessibility of legal documents for future reference.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law or related majors.
At least 2 years of experience in company registration or legal management.
Being able to speak Mandarin is a good thing (Not a must)
Have extensive experience in company registration, company filing, or legal support.
Familiar with enterprise formation process and regulatory requirements.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Understand legal documents and compliance standards.
