BNPP Portugal Procurement Territory is launching a RFQ to recruit 1 resource to integrate the Record to Report Team, with the following requirements:
Role: R2R Accounting Payments AnalystSeniority: N2 - ExperiencedMission starting date: ASAPDuration: 12 monthsLocation: Lisbon, PortugalJob Description: As a member of the Record to Report and Payment team, depending on your expertise, your main activities will include performing payments of supplier's invoices, registering payments, performing Bank Reconciliations, and analyzing and solving the suspense items related to bank accounts and Liason accounts.
Main Tasks: Generate and control payment proposalsPerform payment reconciliation with invoices and bank statements including exception handlingPerform Bank ReconciliationsPerform controls in line with corporate proceduresTechnical Skills: University degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, Business Management or other related fieldProfessional experience: Relevant experience as accounting officer or in a similar roleExperience in use of MS Office applications and ERP system application (SAP/Oracle preferred)Language Skills: English: N3 - ExpertFrench: N1 – NotionsSoft Skills: Ability to work under tight deadlines with flexible schedules and with international locationsOrganizational skills and good attention to detailStrong team spiritGood communication skills (spoken & written), proactive attitude and problem-solving skillsIn case of interest, please send the daily quotation rate (as per attached file) and the respective Document of Competency (written in English) to ****** (CC: ******; ******; ******) until 13/09/2024.
