Accounting Payments Analyst

BNPP Portugal Procurement Territory is launching a RFQ to recruit 1 resource to integrate the Record to Report Team, with the following requirements:   Role: R2R Accounting Payments Analyst                                              Seniority: N2 - Experienced Mission starting date: ASAP Duration: 12 months Location: Lisbon, Portugal    Job Description: As member of the Record to Report and Payment team, depending on your expertise your main activities will be some of the following: performing payments of supplier's invoices, registering payments, perform the Bank Reconciliations and analyse and solve the suspens items related to bank accounts and Liason accounts.
Main Tasks: Generate and control payment proposals                                            Perform payment reconciliation with invoices and bank statements including exception handling                                           Perform Bank Reconciliations                                    Perform controls in line with corporate procedures                                       Technical Skills: University degree or equivalent in  Accounting, Economics, Business Management or other related field                                             Professional experience: Relevant experience as accounting officer or in a similar role                   Experience in use of MS Office applications and ERP system application (SAP/Oracle preferred)                                                Language Skills: English: N3 - Expert                                 French: N1 – Notions                                                                                                                                                  Soft Skills: Ability to work under tight deadlines with flexible schedules and with international locations"                                  Organizational skills and good attention to detail "                                          Strong team spirit"                                         Good communication skills (spoken & written), proactive attitude and problem solving skills"                                    In case of interest, please send the daily quotation rate (as per attached file) and the respective Document of Competency  (written in English) to ******  (CC: ****** ; ****** ****** ) until 13/09/2024 .
