Your new Company Decathlon is setting up a Center of Excellence (CoE) in Lisbon. Have the opportunity to join a growing financial services centralization company in the Retail Sector.
Your new Role As an Accounting Partner , you will be responsible for:
Participate in the setup of a Finance Center of Excellence in Portugal to mutualize the overall efficiency of financial processes; Centralize the communication between the country for which you are responsible and the group; Ensure the reliability of the accounting – respecting local and group deadlines and standards; Ensure monthly and quarterly reviews of internal accounts, alert to potential risks and define the resulting action plans; Manage of external and internal audits; Ensure partner satisfaction – analyze on satisfaction questionnaires and lead action plans related to the area of activity. What you will need to be succeed To be succeed as an Accounting Partner you will need:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Management (or related field); + 3 years of experience in the area; Excellent knowledge of Accounting and Finance Tools; Knowledge of IFRS; Experience in implementing and/or migrating accounting systems (particularly SAP); Curiosity for process improvements; Critical thinking and mindset; Ambitious, proactive, dynamic and motivated individual to work in a collaborative environment; Love for physical activity and sports; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – Fluency in English and Portuguese.
