Accounting Internship

Our EPC Business Line is looking for an Accounting Internship who will have the following responsibilities:- Preparation of Purchase Request Forms.- Analysis of invoices to be completed for payment (preparation of Request of commitment and request of payment forms). Organization in an excel control file of all POs/invoices/requests of payments forms.- Be in daily contact with the departments to ensure POs and request of payment are consistent with policy and procedures in order to ensure accuracy.- Oversee the high-quality delivery of Accounts Payable, VAT Invoice Allocation, and New Business Payment Structure.- Reconcile supplier accounts.- Perform short-term cash flow forecasts.- Maintain close communication with the accounting department to ensure proper Gaap allocation.Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have/ be:- Degree level: Accounting, Economics, or Finance-related.- Basic knowledge of taxation.- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel and MS Word.- Mandatory fluency in English.Key Skills:- Organization.- Good communication skills.- Availability and sense of responsibility.- Resilience ability and proactivity.- Good teamwork skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
