Accounting, Finance + Planning And Control Assistant (M/F)

Fórum Selecção is looking for an Accounting, Finance + Planning and Control Assistant (M/F) for Lisbon.Main activities:Accounting Support:- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes- Verify and reconcile financial data to maintain accurate records- Register invoices, purchase orders, etc.- Assist in month-end and year-end financial close activities- Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies and issuesFinance Support:- Assist in managing cash flow by monitoring and forecasting cash needs- Prepare and process bank deposits and withdrawals- Assist in reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactionsPlanning and Control:- Analyze financial data and assist in producing financial reports and presentations for management- Assist in the preparation of the annual Budget- Complete multiple statistics and required inquiries for government authoritiesProfile and skills we look for:- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field- Proven experience in accounting or treasury roles is a plus- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)- Knowledge of Access is a plus- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Excellent organizational and time-management skills- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Knowledge of Navision and/or JiBE is a plus- Schedule between 8.30 am until 12.30 pm and 14.00 pm until 17.30pm- Location: LisboaTo apply, send your CV to ****** with the reference "Accounting".#J-18808-Ljbffr
