Accounting Director and Partner based in Frankfurt To support our growth and our development project in Germany, we are looking for a future Office Director and Partner (M/F). We are seeking a dynamic and experienced young Chartered Accountant to join our team in launching and developing an international accounting firm in Frankfurt. As a partner, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in the growth and management of the firm, contributing to its strategic vision, business expansion, and delivery of high-quality services to a diverse clientele. RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in the development of the firm's overall strategy and in defining growth objectives. Manage and supervise operational activities, including tax planning, accounting management, regulatory compliance, and financial advisory. Ensure the quality of services provided by maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance with applicable regulations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while identifying new business opportunities to expand the client base. Mentor and support a team of accounting professionals, fostering their professional growth and technical excellence. Represent the firm at professional events, conferences, and business networks to strengthen its visibility and reputation in the market. PROFILE Chartered Accountant diploma in France or Germany. A minimum of 5 years of significant experience in an accounting firm, with strong expertise in operations management, business development, and client service. Team management and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and make strategic decisions. Results-oriented, with a commitment to excellence in client service and business development. Fluency in French is required.
