Sobre o nosso cliente We are recruiting a Controller for an investment company, reporting directly to the CEO. DescriçãoCollaborate with external accounting firms to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting, including overseeing the preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and audits.Prepare detailed monthly financial reports in accordance with IFRS, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.Lead the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, integrating IFRS requirements into financial planning.Oversee and manage the payment process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursements.Monitor and manage cash flow, implementing strategies to optimize liquidity and mitigate financial risks.Provide expert analysis on cash flow trends and contribute to proactive decision-making.Oversee the invoicing process, ensuring compliance with IFRS guidelines.Generate and validate payment certificates, ensuring adherence to IFRS and contractual obligations.Collaborate with internal teams to verify the accuracy of payment certifications.Handle IMPIC registrations and reporting, ensuring strict adherence to IFRS guidelines.Stay informed about regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to registration and reporting processes.Provide financial support for property management activities, aligning financial strategies with IFRS requirements.Collaborate with property management teams to ensure financial transparency and compliance. Perfil idealBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Minimum of 2/3 years of proven experience in financial analysis and accounting roles.Fluency in Portuguese and English.Strong understanding and application of International Financial Reporting Standards.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or OCC (Certified Accountant) would be an advantage.
