Accounting And Control Specialist

GenIbet Biopharmaceuticals is looking to recruit an Accounting and Control Specialist with the following profile:
- Degree/Master's in Management or Accounting
- 3 to 5 years' professional experience
- Previous Big 4 experience (valued)
- Knowledge of accounting standards, particularly SNC and IFRS
- Excellent knowledge of Advanced Excel
- Experience with BI software and relational databases
- Experience with financial reporting software
- Experience in budget/forecast processes
- Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking
- Availability, flexibility and great capacity for autonomy
- Proactive personality with a spirit of initiative
- Rigour, organisation and dynamism
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English
- Support in management control and internal and external reporting
- Analysing monthly deviations
- Preparation of internal reports
- Support in the budget and forecast process
- Support in the areas of accounts receivable and payable
- Implementation of an industrial cost accounting system
- Identification of cost savings opportunities
- Improvement processes, digital transformation of the finance department
