THE WATERS YOU'LL NAVIGATE: You support the accounting team by preparing and providing necessary documentation.
You will support us in other processes, such as HR.
You prepare correspondences, arrange meetings, and process confidential reports and documents.
You supervise all travel arrangements for employees, including expenses, as applicable.
You promote effective communication within the organization.
You oversee and manage topics like equipment, supplies, cleaning, etc., as well as the office filing system and inventory.
You accompany the team in a variety of financial projects.
You process and monitor payment transactions, and bookkeeping in cooperation with our tax advisor.
You take on project management for other projects.
You assist the management in strategic and operative topics to guarantee the successful performance of our company.
You develop controlling instruments and ensure they collect us some wealth.
You assist with the application process for government funding programs and competitive tenders.
THE QUALITIES THAT WILL GET US ON THE HOOK: A bachelor's degree or relevant experience in economics, finance, or accounting.
Experience in Finance and Accounting or Administration.
A basic knowledge of the accounting process.
Excellent learner with the ability to work in teams, outstanding organizational abilities, and high problem-solving skills.
Strong written English skills to create reports and meet tight deadlines.
Analytical qualities and affinity for numbers.
Strong organizational capabilities, responsible, independent way of working, and initiative.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Team player qualities and understanding of service.
