What will my functions be?
You will manage the full accounting cycle through tasks such as:
Manage and supervise the daily operations.
Monitor the team work and ensure that the full accounting cycle is completed.
Monitor all KPI's to guarantee project success.
Ensure the quality of service and client satisfaction.
Business Development: Identification of opportunities.
Preparation and negotiation of contracts.
Responsible for the professional development of the team.
Tax Compliance: Deliver tax filings for the clients in compliance with applicable legislations.
Annual Accounts: Guarantee and manage end-year closing.

What should you meet to be a potential Auxadi member?
You have a Master's degree (preferably in Finance and Accounting) and postgraduate studies in relevant fields.
You are fluent in English.
You have at least 5 years of experience in professional services.
Experience in managing teams.
Knowledge of computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
Knowledge of Microsoft Navision or Business Central.
Excellent organisation skills and adaptability to a high multitasking environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
