We invite an experienced Accountant to join our Portugal office of an international IT company to provide strong accountant support to company's offices located in Portugal and Montenegro.Tasks:Primary accounting documentation (all sections of accounting): control over the timely and correct execution, signing, entering into accounting books.Bank Payments: payment to suppliers, payment of wages, personal income tax, etc.Wages: calculation, registration of statements, verification of personal income tax accrued, withheld, registration of statements for settlements with personnel.VAT: control of primary documentation, bank statements.Intra-group agreements (licensing and agency agreements, software development and research agreements, etc.): drawing up certificates for the transfer of licenses, control of signing, book entry.Interaction with the social insurance fund, tax authorities.Business trips: payments related to business trips, control of deadlines and reporting documents, interaction with employees.Communicate with local banks on Company's issues, payroll projects, corporate cards etc.Manage the company's tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of tax returns.Handle the day-to-day accounting tasks and bookkeeping, accounts receivables and payable, VISA and REVOLUT cards statements.Ensure the accuracy of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Participate in implementation of ERP system.Prepare financial reports for management and external stakeholders, participate in the Company's audits.Conducting other related tasks assigned by the CFO of the Group and Director of the Company.We offer:Comfortable office space in the center of Lisbon.Corporate health insurance.Afterwork get-togethers, corporate sports, and clubs of interest.A strong team of professionals within a constantly growing international company that employs 200+ people.Liberal leadership style.Required skills and competence:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.At least 4 years of experience in accounting or finance.Strong understanding of local accounting and tax regulations in Portugal.Experience with accounting software Business Central, deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English and Portuguese, both spoken and written.#J-18808-Ljbffr
