Accountant For Payments & Reconciliations (M/F/X)

Responsibilities:
Coordinate weekly payment run;
Working with banking tools for manual payment and intercompany Payments;
Forecast and Cash Out;
Manage the Vendor account;
Create reports;
Intercompany reconciliations;
Internal communication with other teams;
Develop process documentation and support process improvements;
Month-end closing.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in accounting, specifically accounts payable, preferably in a shared service environment;
Academic background in accounting or management;
Previous working experience with SAP FI;
Advanced knowledge of MS office tools (MS Outlook and Excel);
Fluent in English, other languages will be a plus (German, Spanish, Italian, Romanian or French);
Communication skills and a cooperative mindset;
High level of accountability and accuracy;
Team player with a good sense for different company/country cultures;
Enthusiastic, positive attitude to support a constructive working environment.
