Accountant

Purever Industrial Solutions, previously called Dagard Ibérica and Coldkit Ibérica, was founded in 1991. Our facilities occupy a total area of 13,200 m2 and we employ more than 200 people. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Accountant at Purever Industrial Solutions in Nelas. The Certified Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day financial tasks, such as managing accounts, preparing financial statements, conducting financial audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Responsibilities
Organize information and documentation to ensure correct recording and accounting processing;
Control, verify and analyze accounting processes outputs;
Follow-up corporate consultancy and auditing processes;
Support accounts consolidations and reports;
Guarantee monthly and annual closing dates and reporting;
Ensure payroll;
Perform other daily tasks related to the accounting team;
Qualifications
Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Auditing skills;
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance;
Experience in budgeting and financial forecasting;
Proficiency in financial software (Business Central);
Proficiency in MS Excel and other supporting tools;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities;
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance;
Minimum experience of 3 years in similar roles;
English proficiency (French and Spanish are a plus);
