Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting, with at least 5 years of experience, and will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting the overall financial health of the company. Key Responsibilities: Transaction Recording: Accurately record all financial transactions, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of accounting processes. Accounting Entries: Compute and verify pertinent accounting entries, preparing them for system integration. System Integration: Generate import files and ensure their correct upload into the accounting system. Control Sheet Maintenance: Maintain and update control sheets for entry calculations, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. Tax Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all relevant tax regulations, preparing necessary documentation and reports. Transfer Orders: Initiate and process transfer orders, collaborating with the Back-Office team as needed. Statutory Reporting Support: Assist in the preparation and submission of statutory financial reports, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Audit Assistance: Provide necessary support during audits, including the preparation of documents and reports. Invoice Drafting: Draft initial versions of invoices for review and approval. File Organization: Organize and manage physical and virtual files according to established standards, ensuring easy access and retrieval. Client Communication: Handle basic electronic communications with clients, including sending invoices and bank statements. Control Sheet Updates: Contribute to the continuous updating of department control sheets, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Requirements Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a relevant accounting role. Language Skills: Proficient in English, with a minimum B2 level. Technical Skills: Solid background in accounting principles and practices, with proficiency in the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
