The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing our accounting processes, ensuring the accuracy of our financial records, and supporting various financial functions to help drive our company's growth. Key Responsibilities: Organize and manage accounting processes for recording transactions. Reconcile bank and third-party accounts to ensure accuracy. Collaborate internally and externally to maintain accurate accounting information. Assist in the execution of daily accounting tasks. Aid in the preparation of monthly financial reports and closing of accounts. Verify the trial balance in accordance with accounting and tax standards. Analyze and propose measures for internal control improvements. Support the process of submitting tax returns. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field At least more than 2 years of experience in the field Proven experience in a similar role, preferably knowledge of US Market Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organizational and analytical skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners Strong communication skills, both written and verbal History of Biocol - A start-up with 44 years of authority.
