Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit a Accountant to integrate the Corporate Planning & Controlling team.
Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, you will be required to work as an integral part of the team.

Job Summary:
The Accountant applies accounting principles and procedures in working with specialized accounting records and reports. Assemble and analyze data and transactions, and prepare statements and reports relating to an assigned area of responsibility. Provide audit support and fiscal information. The Accountant may work with one or more countries within a region.
Key Tasks & Activities:
General accounts functions: Receives payment documents (expenses, employees' expenses, raw material or investments)
Checks, verifies and processes invoices and respective purchase orders (PO)
Sorts, codes and enters accounts payable data in SAP system
Files and organizes invoices
Fixed Assets: Records fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the SAP system
Runs depreciation for all fixed assets
Analyses accounts and registers expenses and revenues
Analyses all purchase orders created and ensures that they are recorded in the correct month
Creates accruals & deferrals
Ensures feasibility of both expenses and revenues
Analytical work: Monitors and collects data to assess accuracy and integrity
Ensures compliance with applicable standards, rules, regulations and systems of internal control
Interprets and evaluates results and has a basic understanding of financial statements
Creates financial reports and/or presentations
May assign work to the Accountant and/or Accounting Clerk
Liaison with professional advisors: Liaises with auditors, legal & accounting
Who we are looking for:
5-7 years of experience required
Degree in Accounting or Management
5 years of experience in Accounting/Audit
Technical Skills:
MS Office with Advanced Excel
General Accounting principles knowledge
SAP is a plus
