Accountant Associate - Billing & Invoicing

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as an Accountant Assistant.

Key Responsibilities: Invoicing and Billing: Be part of the billing and invoicing process and collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate billing.
Financial Internal Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, summaries, and analyses as needed.
Assist in Audits: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
CustomerCommunication: Interact with customer and internal teams to address financial inquiries and resolve issues.
Financial Recordkeeping: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the finance team.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounting and billing and invoicing roles.
Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Fluent in English Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced tech environment.
