Responsibilities:Establishes and improves the asset accounting and management system and makes suggestions to improve the processes.Responsible for daily accounting, completing the monthly and yearly closing of fixed assets module, depreciation and amortization of assets in accordance with relevant company regulations.Participates in the verification and inventory of fixed assets, prepares inventory report, handles the approval procedures of fixed assets inventory surplus and deficit, and carries out account processing after approval, summarizes and analyses the problems in the inventory in a timely manner, and advances to put forward the rectification plan and proposals.Audits the project construction funding plan and follows up the payment progress of the project and the matching with the funding plan monthly.Summarizes relevant costs incurred in the completed projects and completes the transfer work of Construction in progress to fixed assets.Participates in the year-end final accounts of construction in progress.Organizes effective insurance coverage for property and construction safety insurance, improves insurance information and processes, achieves rapid claims settlement and minimum actual losses.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree (or above) in Finance / Economics / Accounting.Professional experience in Asset Accounting of at least 3 years.Industry Background.Good MS Office knowledge.Experience in SAP (plus).Autonomy.Cultural adaptability and flexibility.Direct employment contract with the company.
