As an Enterprise Account Technology Strategist (ATS) at Microsoft, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation efforts for our industry-specific customers. You will work exclusively to dissect the industry of a specific customer, map industry trends to the technical foundation, understand and translate where the customer wants to go, and orchestrate resources to make that vision a reality. Your technical acumen and industry expertise will enable the customer to do business like never before.
Responsibilities
Own, manage, and develop the technical business relationships with senior technology influencers and decision-makers at the customer.
Act as a Virtual CTO and trusted technical advisor, helping the customer's CIO/CTO/CDO achieve their mission within the organization.
Lead by example with credible business and technology expertise.
Celebrate and promote successes and learning opportunities acquired through the process.
Drive thought leadership in digital transformation and build strategic partnerships with C-level technology and innovation executives.
Develop deep relationships with key customer and partner technical leads and act as the Voice of Customer at Microsoft.
Present to and educate colleagues, customers, or partners at scale to enhance knowledge sharing on products or solutions.
Elevate customer's technical intensity/capability directly via demos/workshops or via partners.
Qualifications
Relevant experience in digital transformation roles.
Significant experience leading technical teams.
Technical sales experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or business administration related degree. Master's degree preferred.
Additional training or education in business, sales, or marketing preferred.
Experience in business consulting or consultative selling is desired.
Strong leadership and people skills.
