We are currently seeking an English-speaking Accountant who will engage with American insurance companies and their clients.

Responsibilities:
Providing first-class service to all clients, both internal and external
Handling incoming and outgoing calls and emails, egaging with insurance companies, providing information on patient accounts
Analyzing and entering/updating data in patient medical records
Verifying the existence and validity of patients' insurance policies
Documenting billing and payment processes in the client's account for further tracking
Monthly reporting according to requests
Resolving all internal system ticket requests as assigned
Understanding information security risks, including accurate and timely reporting of all adverse incidents as described in company policies
Adhering to data security principles and patient confidentiality while maintaining ethical standards in performing duties and interacting with patients, colleagues, and medical staff
