We are seeking a Customer Success Account Manager to join our team in Athens.

Your Role: Shape the Future of Customer Success As a Customer Success Account Manager , youll work with a diverse portfolio of B2B clients, helping them achieve their goals and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Youll also play a vital role in driving business growth by identifying upselling opportunities and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, building strong, lasting relationships.
Use your sales expertise to acquire new clients and upsell additional services to existing ones.
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client concerns.
Consistently exceed sales, retention, and upselling targets.
Keep detailed records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
What You Need to Bring: Experience: Proven background in B2B sales , cold calling , and upselling .
Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, with a consultative sales approach.
Languages: Fluent in English (B2 level or above); additional languages are a bonus.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
