You think customer-oriented, communicate proactively with your clients, and are open to feedback. You are fluent in Dutch and have a good knowledge of French and/or English. Customisation is your speciality. A briefing will never look the same twice. Creativity and customer focus are keywords that you value highly. Your personality fills the room and you exude a natural power of persuasion. That is why – in addition to your colleagues – customers are also eager to work with you. You love structure in your work, moving forward step by step, and working towards a clear goal. You have an eye for detail, work precisely, and quickly spot that one mistake. You can independently organize, keep an overview of your to-dos, and are stress-resistant. You don't shy away from a challenge and prefer to tackle tasks head-on rather than sit and wait.
