Everything we do has our customers' needs at its heart and is based on the belief that cleaning and hygiene are life essentials.ResponsibilitiesDirect customer portfolio management (KA locations and sites), to achieve and exceed sales and profit objectivesManagement of Diversey resources with the client in order to promote growth; Price management, product diversity and implementation of cross-sell programs with existing customers; Keep the sales management tool used by Diversey (Salesforce) properly updatedPeriodic monitoring of sales performance per customer through the use of available management toolsSales forecast (value, products and dispensers); Sales funnel management,identifying new prospects and sales opportunities and converting these opportunities into businessRespond to requests for proposals from customers in your area of operation; Training/Awareness raising/training actions for customers in the use of implemented systems and solutions; Preparation and availability to customers of various materials and documentation to support the operation; Present possible new product developments and application advances to customers; Requirements· Proven experience as a key account manager/ Sales Manager· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.· Excellent organizational skills.· 2 + years of experience.· Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.· BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field. Educational background in any of the following fields: Agronomy, food and beverages, cleaning, chemicals, veterinary.Must speak Portuguese and English at professional or native levels.About YouBesides having a strong technical background that allows you to assess what solution would best work for our customers, connect with the Quality teams of our clients, and in summary conduct consultative selling activities, experience in sales, a natural commercial attitude, and team managerial skills are also required skills
