In this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for paying customers, ensuring client satisfaction and acting as a trusted advisor for their needs, as well as manage product adoption and usage, driving customer satisfaction and retention while identifying opportunities for contract renewals, upsell new features or upgrades, and cross-sell additional services. You will also work closely with internal teams (Support, Engineering, Partners and Customer Success) to ensure the client experience is seamless and feedback is communicated effectively, as well as to align resources with customer strategy and business needs.
Your new adventure: Serve as the primary point of contact for paying customers
Ensure client satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor
Own the full sales cycle from building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting
Handle customer communication via call, account reviews, and email interaction
Proactively manage a portfolio of SMB & Mid Market level accounts
Identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.)
Comprehensively understand Pipedrive solutions and connect that knowledge to customer ROI
Consult with customers on their internal processes
Create and implement internal promotion programs within customer organizations
Partner with others across Pipedrive for successful account management
Does this sound like you? 5+ years of experience in mid market / enterprise sales or account management, with focus on SaaS
Ability to deliver on complex customer needs and develop new opportunities
Proven experience as the owner of the full sales cycle
Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
Positive attitude, empathetic and energetic
Strong understanding of SaaS business models and software solutions
Proven ability to manage and nurture customer relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyze usage data and customer feedback
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
