Our team of over 160 skilled professionals spans the globe, bringing diverse perspectives and expertise to our projects.Currently, our Account Management Department is looking for an Account Manager.Major ResponsibilitiesBuilding and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsOperating as the lead point of contact for any communication issuesWorking with clients' objectionsAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededParticipate in the sales processEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesCommunicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersPrepare reports on account statusCollaborate with team to identify and grow opportunitiesRequirementsKnowledge of current market trends, and industry developments in the cryptocurrency space.Proven work experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a sales or account management environmentExcellent English language skills (C1), both written and verbal, to ensure smooth and effective client communicationDemonstrated ability to understand client needs and objectives, and effectively position solutions to meet those requirementsProactive and results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer serviceAbility to resolve conflicts and address client objections in a professional and solution-oriented mannerGotbit OffersRemote work from any location20 paid vacation days and 5 sick days annuallyFull compensation for documented sick leaveWellness support: We value our employees' well-being and cover expenses for sports, healthcare, coworking spaces, and team-building eventsContinuous learning: Monthly Gotbit Educational Meetups featuring industry leaders help you stay ahead of the curveGlobal exposure: Attend industry conferences with our sponsorship and connect with the worldCollaborative environment: Join our friendly and young team where all of your ideas will be heardApply now!We look forward to receiving your application.
