People & Culture Director Go4Mobility is a trusted international provider of telecommunications and digital services. We help businesses communicate with their customers worldwide, across multiple channels, and boost their digital services revenue through mobile payments solutions. Our content monetization platform helps brands and Operators to increase their revenue by developing a compelling mobile experience with secure and convenient payment methods. We partner with Operators, aggregators, and digital platforms providing them with voice and messaging solutions to reach customers worldwide and create engaging communication experiences through easy API integration.
With over 18 years of experience, our robust platforms and extensive coverage enable businesses to develop meaningful connections with their customers at multiple touchpoints, offering a localized experience on a global scale.
We are currently seeking an Account Manager with passion for Marketing scope, to join our team in Lisbon.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSABILITIES:
Onboarding of new clients.
You will be responsible of managing current clients.
Defining the strategy and priority of projects for each client and across clients.
Negotiating contractual terms.
Acting as the liaison between clients and the traffic acquisition team.
Preparing performance reports.
Seeking new business opportunities (new clients, new countries, new campaign concepts, new purchase flows, etc.).
Developing new campaign concepts.
Analyzing KPIs and applying insights to improve campaigns.
Providing peer-to-peer training and assisting in the development of the junior accounts team.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Management, or related fields (preferred)
Proficiency in English (mandatory).
Knowledge of KPI analysis tools.
Tech savvy.
Previous experience with Media Buying Agencies focused on mVAS or with an mVAS content provider (preferred).
Experience in managing international clients (preferred).
Goal-oriented work ethic.
Strong communication skills and creativity.
Critical thinking and ability to prioritize activities.
