ResponsibilitiesYou will deliver revenue and profit targets through positive development of volume, pricing contract, and cost-to-serve management.You will manage the customer portfolio to maximize profitability through a deep understanding of the value drivers for each customer within the portfolio.Document business development and account management within Connect CRM based on defined business rules.You will collaborate structurally with field sales in all customer segments.Building customer-specific stakeholder maps to formally identify roles and responsibilities (e.g., influences and decision-makers across the sales process) and target engagements accordingly is required.You will effectively plan, schedule, and conduct outbound calls efficiently, involving the customer in the development of meeting agendas and engaging Linde internal resources when appropriate.QualificationsYou have preferably three to five years of sales/commercial experience in the gas industry, chemical, or other manufacturing.You have three to five years of experience in account management by phone/outbound calls.You hold a bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.Affinity with engineering/gas industry suits your profile, as well as knowledge and experience using SAP (preferential), Salesforce, and MS Excel skills.You speak native or C2 in Dutch (required) and English level B1 (preferred).You will actively participate in digitalization and contribute to the digital transformation of our company.You are able to collect, interpret, and use data effectively, driving digital transformation.Why You Will Love Working With UsAt Linde, we identify ourselves with our products – either working for the technical or medical gases business.

This role is a full-time position based on an unlimited contract.
