Currently our Account Management Department is looking for an Account Manager .Major Responsibilities Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships Operating as the lead point of contact for any communication issues Working with clients' objections Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Participate in the sales process Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Prepare reports on account status Collaborate with team to identify and grow opportunities Requirements: Knowledge of current market trends, and industry developments in the cryptocurrency space.
