What you will do:
The Account Management Administrator position is an administrative role to support the global Account Management team, while contributing to the overall success of the company. A successful candidate will be at ease in a demanding and fast paced environment and highly engaged in the overall business. This individual is articulate and professional when dealing with both internal and external contacts. The candidate will also be responsible for building strong relationships with internal teams and subject matter experts.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison for administrative activities related to key accounts. This includes participating in recurring calls, documenting meeting notes, organizing and tracking follow-up actions, and providing data and reports for trend analysis.
Support Account Management: Assist the account manager in monitoring and addressing key account needs, as well as managing client projects to align with both client objectives and company goals.
Client Communication: Represent the Account Management team in client communications. This includes handling phone messages, managing email inquiries, and ensuring that requests are directed to the appropriate team members or departments.
Data Management: Export data from Microsoft Power BI and our proprietary reporting tool and maintain client information in databases such as SharePoint and our Client Portal.
Request Coordination: Act as a liaison between Account Management and internal teams through our ticketing platform, Jira. This involves coordinating and triaging requests efficiently.
Efficiency Improvement: Identify challenges and areas for improvement within the Account Management process and propose actionable solutions to enhance team success.
Database Management: Assist in setting up new client contacts and ensuring accurate updates to our CRM database, Microsoft Dynamics.
Client Communication: Use Microsoft Dynamics Customer Journeys to manage and execute bulk communications with client contacts.
Data Analysis: Review, process, and analyze large volumes of data to support various needs and initiatives.
Event Support: Help prepare and coordinate site visits and client onsite events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor's degree
Eligible to work in the United Kingdom
Proficient with web technology applications and competent in working with all Microsoft Office Suite products, with a heavy emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
Education and/or psychology background preferred but not required
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (or similar CRM), SharePoint and Jira are highly desired but not required.
Strong communication skills in both written and spoken French and English
Exceptional organizational skills to be able to manage multiple tasks and projects with precision and efficiency.
Outstanding time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
Ability to thrive in an independent work environment while maintaining a high level of productivity and initiative.
Client-centric problem-solving skills and the ability to use innovative thinking to address challenges and exceed client expectations.
Proficiency in web technologies and Microsoft Office Suite, with a solid understanding of various digital tools and applications.
