;Control in advance of policy renewal dates and mediate between the client/Production Officer and Insurance Company;Provide support to the Operations / Claims Management area;Keep our internal systems up-to-date with the client/policy information.What you need to have: A degree in Economics, Management, Law or similar;English and Portuguese language proficiency;Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, PowerPoint and Excel (mainly).What makes you stand out?Good communication and interpersonal skills;Previews contact with the insurance environment;Have a great solution driven attitude.
