Responsibilities:
Plan and manage the entire sales cycle from lead to sale
Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and follow-ups
Work with sales team to improve strategy and procedures
Communicate and deliver presentations to clients and team
At ease in a fast-paced environment
Periodical report to sales director and C-level on results
Contribute to UpHill's "Be Good and Build Great" motto
Requirements:
BSc or MSc in business administration or similar
2+ years of experience working in sales, preferably in a B2B SaaS seed stage/series A company
Proactive attitude and business-focused mindset
Data-driven mindset and analytical skills
Must have a strong customer presence and presentation skills
Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in English language, verbal and written. Other languages are welcomed
(Plus) Experience in the healthcare sector or similar - academic or professional
