About The Role
Cobee (a Pluxee Company) is rapidly expanding and we are looking for a proactive Account Executive to fuel our top-line growth in Portugal.
In this role, you'll engage prospects with our innovative employee benefits solutions, cultivate strong client relationships, and bring fresh ideas to refine our sales processes. You'll be instrumental in driving business growth in the SMB segment.
This is a 100% remote position based in Portugal, offering the opportunity to work within an international, dynamic team.
Main challenges
Manage the sales cycle, from opportunity validation to contract negotiation and closing.
Run amazing discovery and demo meetings, identifying the customer pain and challenge, how Cobee's value proposition can address it and how we are supporting similar clients to do it.
Prepare business proposals, presentations and quotes, tailoring them to the identified customer pain.
Follow up with potential customers, key stakeholders, and maintain data in order to track deals well.
Negotiate the contract and close the deal, with a smooth transition to Customer Success.
Develop a deep product and domain knowledge.
Focus on building and maintaining long-term, trusting relationships.
Provide input to Product based on conversations with prospects and clients.
Support optimization of our sales process constantly providing feedback to Sales Enablement.
Maintain our CRM constantly updated and identify those deals that will become part of the committed forecast.
You are
Passionate about sales and the sales process optimization.
Smart and fast learner so that you quickly identify customer pains and how Cobee's product can address it. At the same time, humble enough to give and accept constructive feedback.

You have proven experience working for a SaaS company in the HR industry.
You have
University Degree (BA or BS), Master preferred.
Proven experience as an Account Executive.
Ideally, 2+ years of quota carrying B2B SaaS sales experience.
Native in Portuguese and working proficiency in English.
Strong business acumen, written and verbal communication skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit determined to achieve the goals.
Passion for new technologies.
Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, Challenger Sales)
Have experience using typical sales tools, Salesforce, Salesloft.
