As one of the world's largest suppliers of components to the biking industry, our client is seeking a dedicated Account Coordinator, fluent in French, to join their dynamic team in the Amersfoort area (Nijkerk).

Represent our client towards the customer and act as the primary contact for your own customer accounts
Develop and maintain business relationships with your dedicated B2B customer base and nurture these connections into strong, long term partnerships
Work closely together with different departments, such as sales, finance, shipping locations and international stakeholders to give the best possible service to our customers
Manage order fulfilment from receipt to shipment, including entering, scheduling and confirming of orders
Monitor orders and shipments in close cooperation with our production locations in Asia, USA and Europe
Follow up & follow through on inquiries regarding sales orders, lead times, shipments, logistics, products and services and ensure customer requirements are met consistently
Partner with Sales to onboard new customers and maintain accuracy of customer data
Collaborate closely with Inside Sales team members, sharing information and best practices and support each other to achieve team goals
Collaborate in cross-functional project teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes
Requirements Bachelor degree (obtained through education or working experience)
Excellent written and spoken English and proficiency in the French language
Strong organizational and planning skills
Great communication and intercultural skills
Proactive self-starter and independent thinker
Experience within an (international) customer relations environment is a plus
Knowledge of SAP/CRM systems is an advantage
