ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, owners, and tenants ensuring client care programs are implemented. Perform and presentation of periodically reports regarding the asset to the clients. Generating leads by cold calling potential clients, networking, organizing marketing and preparing pitch proposals and actively follow up on queries. Identify prospective clients and conduct site viewings with them, thereafter, dealing with any follow-ups with prospect. Recognizing client needs and expectations and responding to these efficiently and professionally. Building a solid track record in your market hitting revenue targets. WHAT CAN YOU OFFER US?
